Getting it Right

We as humans in general spend our childhood doing what we want, playing and exerting energy beyond the limits of our mind with no regard for fear of injury or danger. As we grow into adulthood, fear and danger can create anxiety that eventually over powers our inner thinking and creates either a more timid or more aggressive nature. Unfortunately the energy we exert isn't targeted in the right direction, such as working out to blow off steam or building our mental capabilities to focus better which keeps us healthier and happier. I find myself saying and understanding that old proverb "if only I knew than, what I know now", I would not have been 50 pounds overweight in my past. struggling with depression and despair because of injuries that could have been prevented. Instead of waddling in the past afflictions of heartache and headache, God blessed me with enlightment to make a change and look at the positive things in my life. I say to you now, strive to be better and know better that you can learn from your past successes and mistakes, building upon them to make the life you deserve. Remember we can evolve in the person we want to be by avoiding the desire to keep with this rat race of world and instead simply take the time to (as they say) smell the roses. Godspeed!
